Spring brings lots of orphaned puppies and kittens to The Haven. The Gumdrop Fund was established in honor of one special orphan to help with the cost of raising orphaned puppies and kittens. Costs range from $500 - $1,000 between formula, medical care, vaccinations and spay/neuter. Help these orphans get a good start at life by donating to The Gumdrop Fund. You may make a donation online to The Gumdrop Fund, or mail your check to “The Haven c/o The Gumdrop Fund,” 400 Fulford McMillan Rd, Raeford, NC 28376.  Thank you for your support.

Gumdrop started life “dropped” in the middle of the street as her stray mom ran off. Luckily someone found her and brought her to The Haven where she went to a foster family. She is now happily adopted.
